VR-Hosting.net Content Guidelines

VR-Hosting has carefully developed the following content guidelines to promote the free-flowing exchange of ideas about your interests, activities and hobbies, while maintaining standards consistent with the Internet community and the societies of the world. VR-Hosting does not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion or social-economic status.

Please refrain from using VR-Hosting and it’s servers for the following activities:
1. Displaying material containing nudity, pornography, or sexual material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature and intent or that violate local, state and national laws.

2. Providing material that is grossly offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity;

3. Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals; This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: Providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons;

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any world, objects, web site content or properties from the VR-Hosting server which is brought to our attention and which we find, in our sole discretion, violates any of these content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of the law.

VR-Hosting does not actively monitor the content of the worlds in any Universe, but we will investigate complaints of violation of these guidelines.

Users who are in violation of the VR-Hosting Content Guidelines may have their services canceled and their worlds or properties, or portions of their properties, removed without warning, in which event VR-Hosting will not return the removed properties or Worlds to the offending member.

VR-Hosting is not responsible or liable for any loss of data resulting from our deletion of Worlds or properties, network or system outages, file corruption or any other reasons.

The opinions and views expressed in the Universes do not reflect those of VR-Hosting. The contents of the Worlds are not reviewed in any way before they appear in the Universe.

VR-Hosting is not responsible for the content in any of the Worlds. Users are solely responsible for their properties and everything contained in their own Worlds. VR-Hosting does not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any World. Users may be held legally liable for the contents of their Worlds.

VR-Hosting is not responsible for the delivery of any goods or services sold or advertised through its sponsors in the Worlds.

VR-Hosting also reserves the following rights:

To amend or change the VR-Hosting Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement at any time and without notice; To release current or past member information if VR-Hosting believes that a member's account is in violation of the VR-Hosting Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement, is being used to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if VR-Hosting deems it necessary and/or appropriate; To deny membership to serious or repeat offenders of the VR-Hosting Content Guidelines or End User License Agreement; To remove members for conduct that VR-Hosting believes is harmful to other members, to nonmembers or to VR-Hosting as a business. Any web content displayed on our servers from any paid or free web account that violates any of these guidelines, will be subject to removal without warning. VR-Hosting will not be held liable for such content as it is displayed on our servers, nor the removal of said content.

VR-Hosting makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the VR-Hosting servers.

In no event will VR-Hosting be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use VR-Hosting or any content thereon. this disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any
record.
